Upstairs: Three rooms
1. One king bed
2. One queen bed
3. One bunk bed- the top bed is a twin and the bottom bed is a full

Basement: Three rooms
1. Two bunk beds (both with twin on top, full on bottom)
2. Two queens
3. One queen

The Beach

The Kohles Acres Beach

Come and soak up the sun at our friendly beach! Although it's open to everyone, it often feels like you've got your own private slice of paradise by the water. Grab a chair, lather on some sunscreen, and enjoy the feeling of warm sand between your toes.

Local Wild Life

Among the numerous highlights of this location (and my absolute favorite) is the opportunity to spot a Bald Eagle in flight. With an Eagle's nest situated less than a mile down the shore, it's not uncommon to see this awe-inspiring bird gracefully soaring along the shoreline in search of its next meal.
