Notes:
For week-long stays, this house rents 365 days (1 year) in advance. For anything less than a week-long stay, it rents nine months in advance. We consider the peak season (on-season) to be June-Sept. Off-season rates are negotiable based on the number of people and length of stay. Contact us to make an offer for off-season bookings.

Payment Options:
To reserve a home, full payment is necessary. Additionally, a $500 refundable security deposit is required three weeks prior to your stay. Securely make payments via PayPal, or select the "Debit or Credit Card" option below.
Note: Please note that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Both the rental agreement and full payment are needed to confirm your booking.
Payment - Choose one of the following payment options:
- Option 1: Credit Card Payment - Process your payment securely through our online portal; no PayPal membership is required.
- Option 2: PayPal Account - Complete the transaction using our secure online payment portal with your PayPal account.
What Happens Next
1. You Will Receive: a receipt and a confirmation email that your reservation is complete.
2. Three Weeks Before Your Stay: You will receive an email reminding you that the $500 security deposit is due. For the deposit, Please use your Credit Card or PayPal. When the deposit is secured you will receive an email with all the information you will need for a great stay at the home.
3. Your Deposit Return: Your security deposit will be returned to you within a week of your departure in accordance with the rental agreement.
